I know we are suppose to be on a diet and we will soon, but just cant say when, below is a great web site(i have never used this brand of flour) this is where i found the cuban sandwiches and i have a batch of cuban bread rising as we speak, it is yummy!

We made this yesterday. It was so good with the homemade cheesy potato soup! My parents were in town so they got to try the bread too. It had a funny shape (obviously this was my fault) but was tasty.
