We had a great day yesterday, sat out by the pool had a few beers and grilled out steaks, it was so yummy. today i have been sewing, baked a spice cake and later going to fry chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans and macroni. wonder why i am gaining weight.

Is the first picture applique or embroidery? It certainly turned out cute for turtle.
i cut the little turtle from an old pair of curtains and used fabric glue. thanks
