i am hoping that this month at work is a sign that the economy is turning around a bit, we have been swamped with closings this month, and the contracts are still coming in. I am doing so many closings on homes that are going thru pre-foreclosure and finally end up selling, (short sales with the bank) it is so sad to sit across the table from families and have them sign papers to loose their home, but on the other side of the table is another family able to finally purchase their first home due to the prices falling. It normally takes anywhere from 2 mos to up 6 mos for the process to finally get approved so by then the seller is so happy to just be finished.
