I finished the lapghan and i am very happy with the way it turned out, if i say so myself. I am now on week 5 of my diet and still doing good, one more week then i can introduce grains back to my diet and i can not wait to make some bread!! I miss bread and pies the most! I am going to make my husband shortbread cookies for Valentine's day it is going to be hard not to sneak one, but i won't I promise, that is one thing I have is will power when I set my
mind to something I usually keep that mindset until i meet my goal, but isn't it funny when your on a diet all you think about is what your going to eat!
